1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using Opsify Lab's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service: Opsify Lab provides a cloud-based ERP software solution for supply chain management. The service includes tools for quotation generation, inventory tracking, and client management.

3. User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.

4. Data Privacy: We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data. We do not sell your personal or business data to third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability: Opsify Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

6. Modifications: Opsify Lab reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

1. License Grant: Opsify Lab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the software for your internal business operations.

2. Single-User Tiers: If subscribed to a Single-User tier, access is explicitly restricted to a single concurrent session. Simultaneous logins using the same credentials across multiple devices or locations will result in automatic session termination of prior logins.

3. Multi-User Tiers: If subscribed to a Multi-User tier, your account supports unlimited concurrent sessions for your team members sharing the database.

4. Security Enforcement: Our systems actively monitor session tokens. Bypassing or attempting to manipulate session state is a violation of our terms and may result in temporary account suspension to protect the integrity of your data.

1. The Trust Protocol: To streamline your onboarding experience, Opsify Lab operates on a "Trust First" basis. Upon submission of your setup fee UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number, your dedicated ERP database is immediately provisioned and login credentials are issued.

2. The Audit Protocol: All submitted UTR numbers and payment transactions are subject to a manual backend audit by our finance team within 24-48 hours. During this period, your account state is set to "Payment Verification," which allows you to log in but restricts operational usage.

3. Account Activation: Once the payment is successfully reconciled against our bank records, your account is fully activated, and an automated PDF invoice is dispatched to your registered email.

4. Discrepancies & Suspension: In the event that a UTR is found to be invalid, fraudulent, or the funds fail to settle, Opsify Lab reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate access to the provisioned instance without prior notice.
